The merger substantially expands the two firms’ services by creating the largest multi-service law firm in Mongolia. Upon completion of the merger, the merged law firm of MDS & KhanLex LLP will be able to offer clients a broader range of services – finance, regulatory, corporate, commercial and dispute resolution. This legal expertise will now be available to cover the key sectors of the Mongolian economy – energy, infrastructure, finance and natural resources.
