KhanLex advised the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) on its senior loan facility to Gobi Finance NBFI LLC (Gobi Finance), one of the largest non-banking financial institutions of Mongolia.

The loan will help Gobi Finance to expand its current micro and SME portfolio. The loan is expected to have a developmental impact on Mongolia by supporting local MSMEs, which, in turn, will create new jobs and assist in the country’s efforts to diversify its economy.

We are also pleased that we have supported Gobi Finance’s efforts to expand its loan portfolio and make contributions to initiatives of supporting local MSMEs” said partner Batjargal Gombosuren.
