KhanLex advised Republic of Korea’s KT Corp, a telecom company, on divestment of its stake in Mongolia Telecom Company. The shares of KT, which KT had first acquired in 1995 and constituted 40 percent in Mongolia Telecom Company, have been successfully sold to the Government of Mongolia.
Mongolia Telecom Company is Mongolia’s incumbent fixed line operator.
