KhanLex has been instructed by Microsoft to provide legal services related to IPR protection, as well as to represent Microsoft’s interests in possible legal actions in the field of cybersecurity and cybercrime.

Our Microsoft work will build on our local market knowledge accumulated, among others, from advising on similar past work” said Enkhbat Batsukh, Partner, who will lead the KhanLex team on this assignment.

N.B.: Enkhbat Batsukh led the above work while being a partner with the merged firm “MDS KhanLex LLP” (now de-merged). In 2018, Enkhbat Batsukh together with Uchralbayar Iderkhangai, another former lawyer of “MDS KhanLex” who advised on the above transaction, have relaunched their pre-merger firm “KhanLex Partners LLP”.
