Background

Khulan Bayarsaikhan has joined KhanLex in 2018.
Khulan focuses on drafting legal documents, assisting with legal opinions, conducting due diligence and “corporate checks”, setting up foreign-invested companies, advising on corporate actions and transactions, and conducting legal research. Since joining KhanLex, she has clocked up several notable cross-border transactions acting for multilateral development banks.

  • Advised a leading multilateral development bank in respect of financing a large milk producer in Mongolia (2018-2019)
  • Advised a leading multilateral development bank on a framework loan agreement to be entered into with the Government of Mongolia (financial close 2019)
