Background

 Taiwan Adiya focuses on civil law sectors, including contract law, company law, security law, and legal research in civil law matters. She has been working as a lawyer at Khanlex Partners LLP for 1 year and teaching Human rights at the National University of Mongolia. School of Law for 4 months. She is a diligent lawyer who has good critical and legal skills in drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research and legal and legal opinions, and representing in court disputes in civil law matters.

Prior to Khanlex, she worked as a teaching assistant at the National University of Mongolia, School of Law. During this time she experienced conducting legal research and writing monographic and articles. Specifically, she was a team member in the Revision of the Consumer Law and Project on the legal book of Mongolian Private law research (1990-2019), and conducted Conciliation Research organized by General Judicial Council, as well as wrote a legal monographic named “Analysis of Court Decisions”.

  • Team member for advising NBFC in respect of issuing securities secured by assets of movable, immovable, and fiduciary in the capital market on raising funds
  • Team member for advising NBFC in respect of issuing securities secured by assets of fiduciary and fintech loan in the capital market on raising funds.
  • Team member for MAK regarding the extension of the loan agreement established with EBRD
  • Advised EBRD on the Xac Bank’s charter in aligning the charter of its holding company with the charter of a joint-stock company
  • Reviewed draft of contracts and other legal documents of Khan Bank as part of the work of becoming an open joint-stock company
  • Providing legal service on labor law issues and representing the company in the court.
  • Advised Golomt Bank on raising funds
  • Advised NBFC in respect of exchange debt for shares.      
  • Provided legal advice on ownership of coal washing plant.
  • Reviewed and prepared draft of sale and purchase agreement, work performance agreement, lease agreement, cooperation agreement, investment agreement, employment agreement, and transportation agreement associated with mining, trade, finance, and service sectors.
